1. ​The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of BDO Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and UnionPay, and BDO Debit Cardholders (“Eligible Cards”).
   The following cards are NOT eligible to participate in the Promo: BDO Installment Card.

   Via Email:
   • Email H9607@accor.com, indicate “BDO PROMO” in email subject, and provide reservation details (Date of stay, preferred room type, no. of guests, and first 6 digits of BDO Card).
   • Email acknowledgment with available rooms and payment link will be sent within 2 days. Pay using eligible BDO Card and reply to the email with proof of payment. 
   • Email confirmation will be sent within 2 days from date of sending the proof of payment.  
     Note: The cardholder must be one of the staying guests. Proof of booking confirmation, a valid government-issued ID and the BDO Card provided in booking reservation are required to be shown during check-in.
     
5. Discount Awarding:
   1. To avail of the discounted room rate, Cardholder must be among the staying guests and use his/her Eligible Card to pay for the total amount through a BDO Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal or Scan to Pay via BDO Pay or payment link from Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua.
   2. Discounts will be applied on total bill before applicable taxes and service charges. 
   3. Standard cancellation, rebooking and pet policies apply. 
   4. The full payment is required upon check in and must be processed using a qualified BDO Card.
